The photographs of the dismantling phase of the small furnace have been divided into two sections

As expected, the clay and the soil surrounding the small furnace has undergone serious drying, and close to the furnace the clay has cracked badly. Also, the temperature was high enough to fire the clay immediately adjacent to the wall of the firing chamber to an orange colour.
